Palmer advocacy

Dale Hallett has written a couple of articles on the protection of Palmer an old mining town located in the Mark Twain Nation Forest. His article Forest Service ORV Study slams the Forest Service's idea of opening land to ATVs and argues safety and additional stress on an already taxed local fire department.
